Restaurant Manager
We are a busy restaurant in the heart of Esbjerg, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Create and maintain an inviting and efficient atmosphere for guests
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and find effective solutions
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
