Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


A well-established company in Odense is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our IT team. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing our network infrastructure, as well as supporting our systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance
- Maintain security protocols and procedures to protect the network from potential threats
- Provide technical support for systems such as Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, etc.
- Install hardware and software upgrades to keep systems up-to-date
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new technologies that will improve efficiency and productivity
- Document network configurations, changes, maintenance procedures and user guides for reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with Cisco switches/routers/firewalls is preferred
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Windows servers administration (2008/2012/2016)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
