Construction Manager - Odense, Denmark


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress to ensure they are followed
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
