Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)



We are a rapidly growing company in Medina seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
