Sales Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth in the Medina region of Saudi Arabia. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets and objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify potential clients and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Develop effective pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
- Train new sales employees on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is an asset
