Merchandiser


A merchandiser is responsible for creating visual displays and arranging products in a way that will attract customers and increase sales. They must have a good eye for design and be able to understand consumer behavior in order to effectively present products in a way that will entice buyers. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked as needed
- Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and make recommendations for future product placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and special displays
- Communicate with store management to ensure merchandising goals are being met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform product placement decisions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in fast-paced environment

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1500 per month

Contract: This is a contract position, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Eligibility: This position is suitable for male candidates. Visa sponsorship and ticket provided.
