We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to maintain product displays and ensure they meet company standards
- Implement promotional strategies and ensure proper placement of new products
- Monitor inventory levels at each store and communicate with management about any shortages or overstock
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to increase sales and improve product visibility
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing plans and promotions for specific products or campaigns
- Track sales data and analyze performance of different products in various locations
- Communicate any issues or concerns with product quality or availability to management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation
- Ability to build rapport with store managers and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
