Online Consultant - Customer Service (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Consultant in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for communication (e.g. email, live chat, social media)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements. Candidates must also have their own valid visa for working in Denmark.
