Executive Chef for Pakistani Restaurant in Shan, China

We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a Pakistani restaurant located in Shan, China. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Pakistani cuisine and have a strong understanding of its flavors and techniques. They will also have excellent leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and developing new menu items, ensuring high quality and consistent dishes, managing inventory and budget, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month with visa sponsorship available. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but proficiency in English is not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that showcase authentic Pakistani flavors
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or feedback
- Collaborate with management to plan events or special menus

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef at a reputable restaurant specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Passion for cooking authentic Pakistani dishes using traditional techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Understanding of food cost control measures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health codes and safety regulations
- Fluent in Urdu or Punjabi is preferred but not required
