Junior Preservation Architect


We are in search of a Junior Preservation Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a leading preservation architecture firm, we specialize in the restoration and conservation of historic buildings and landmarks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preserving cultural heritage and have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in conducting on-site surveys and assessments of historic structures
- Research and analyze historical data, building materials, and construction techniques
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for preservation projects
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts for restoration and conservation projects
- Create architectural drawings, renderings, and models to communicate design proposals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to preservation guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of preservation principles, techniques, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for preserving cultural heritage
