A prestigious architectural firm in Kolding is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures while also incorporating modern design elements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historic structures to develop preservation plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with preservation guidelines and regulations
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for restoration projects
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to project teams
- Utilize sustainable design practices to enhance the longevity of historic structures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in preservation techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of preservation principles and practices
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
