Job Title: Preservation Architect - Part Time (Kolding, Denmark)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark on a part-time basis. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in accordance with local regulations and preservation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of historical buildings and structures to assess their condition and identify necessary preservation work
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for historical buildings, including cost estimates, timelines, and required materials
- Oversee restoration projects while adhering to budget constraints and timelines
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure preservation work is carried out accurately and efficiently
- Research historical significance of buildings and structures to inform preservation decisions
- Maintain detailed records of all preservation work completed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and preservation standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
