We are seeking a skilled Shaper to work at our surf shop located in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping custom surfboards according to customer specifications. This position requires prior experience in surfboard shaping and knowledge of different types of surfboards and their design elements. The ideal candidate will also have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create custom surfboards based on customer specifications
- Utilize knowledge of different types of surfboards and their design elements
- Ensure quality control of all finished boards
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as repairs or customer service

Requirements:
- Prior experience in surfboard shaping is required
- Knowledge of different types of surfboards and their design elements
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for visa purposes (if not an EU citizen)
- Willingness to relocate to Dubrovnik, Croatia (accommodation provided)

Salary: 1600$ per month
