JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing complex web-based applications using JAVA programming language.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing high-performing, scalable, and secure software solutions using JAVA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Developing technical specifications and creating detailed design documentation
- Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and techniques in the field of JAVA development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web-based applications
- Strong knowledge of core JAVA concepts such as collections, multithreading, JDBC, etc.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, HTML/CSS/JavaScript is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
