Part-Time Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in commercial architecture preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and budget for commercial projects
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being executed according to the design plans
- Make necessary changes or modifications to plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
