Part-Time Administrator

We are a fast-paced company in search of a reliable Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Bergen. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
