Baker (Indian Cuisine)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Indian breads, pastries, and desserts. This role requires someone with a passion for Indian cuisine and the ability to create delicious and authentic dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Indian breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Baker, preferably in an Indian restaurant or bakery
- Knowledge of different types of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes or adapt existing ones
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (no English language required)
