Industrial Painter

Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Split. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various industrial equipment and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections
- Mix paint to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint using various methods such as spraying, rolling or brushing
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Inspect finished product for quality control purposes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints and application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment if needed
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed
- Basic English proficiency preferred
