Industrial Architect - Faro, Portugal

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications and industry standards
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Review project budget and timeline to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients throughout the design process to address any concerns or changes in requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design/ architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Portuguese

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
