Industrial Architect

We are currently hiring for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their vision and needs for industrial structures
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for industrial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and practical
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Stay updated on building codes, safety regulations, and industry trends in order to produce innovative and compliant designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Preferred:
- Experience working with industrial clients
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
