We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your creative vision, strong leadership skills, and passion for food will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Designing menus and creating new dishes that reflect the culinary traditions of Denmark while also incorporating international flavors
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
- Overseeing food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Training and supervising kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborating with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Danish cuisine with an ability to put a modern twist on traditional dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food cost control measures
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1600$ per month

This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience. We are open to candidates from any nationality but they must have their own visa for working in Denmark.
