Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing technical drawings and designs for construction projects, utilizing your knowledge of building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and designs for construction projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop solutions for design issues
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Herzliya or Israel is a plus
- Fluency in Hebrew is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.
