We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and other team members to ensure that designs meet all regulatory requirements and are feasible within the given budget.

Responsibilities:
- Work with architects to create technical designs for architectural projects
- Ensure that designs meet all regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility of designs
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models of projects using building information modeling (BIM) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Assist with cost estimation and budget management for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software; experience with BIM software is a plus
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. We welcome applications from all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
