We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches and respond accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and best practices
- Train employees on proper security protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure implementation of new systems or software
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Experience using SIEM tools for monitoring and detecting potential threats
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- CISSP or other relevant certifications are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
