Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction of various structures. This position requires experience in masonry, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure quality work is being performed
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to guide construction
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on the job site
- Monitor progress and productivity of the team to meet project deadlines
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other team members to coordinate work schedules
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in masonry or a similar field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
- Experience with ordering materials and supplies for projects
- Attention to detail and ability to inspect completed work for quality assurance

Preferred:
- Experience working as a Mason Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (preferred but not required)
