Mason Supervisor (Filipino) in Mombasa, Kenya


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of masons and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications and within the given timeframe
- Maintain high quality standards for all construction work
- Train and mentor new masons as needed
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Communicate with clients and other contractors as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of building materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively

Other Requirements:
This position is open to Filipino candidates only who have their own valid visa for working in Kenya. Accommodation will not be provided. English language proficiency is required.
