We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and adheres to our company's guidelines. Your main goal will be to maintain a positive and respectful environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Review all user-generated content on various platforms and remove any inappropriate or offensive material
- Enforce community guidelines by responding to user complaints or reports in a timely manner
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Moderate live discussions or events to ensure they run smoothly and adhere to company standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor trends and conversations within the community, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Ability to handle sensitive topics and difficult situations with tact
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.
