Architecture Manager - Fonvieille, Monaco

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects within our company. This is an urgent position and the ideal candidate should have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback for improvements or changes as needed
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
