Part-Time Architecture Manager


A prestigious architectural firm located in Fonvieille is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications
- Communicate project progress to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Hire, train, and manage junior staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Fonvieille but may require occasional travel to project sites.

Preference:
