We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in the architecture industry, who can work efficiently and effectively within a limited time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion on a part-time basis
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Review architectural drawings and provide feedback as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the architecture industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Ability to work independently within a limited time frame

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Fonvieille, Monaco. However, remote work options may be available depending on project requirements.
