Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board our cruise ships. Your main role will be to assist guests with any inquiries, concerns or complaints they may have during their trip. You will also be responsible for helping to create a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the ship's facilities and activities
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest purchases
- Promote onboard activities, events and packages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of ship itinerary, ports of call and shore excursions
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills is a plus)
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to live onboard the ship for extended periods of time
- Indian nationality preferred
