Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line in Doha, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our English-speaking guests, primarily from India. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media, as well as assisting with reservations and booking changes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience is preferred, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A high level of organization and attention to detail is also essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. The working hours are flexible but may include evenings and weekends based on the cruise schedule. As our target audience is primarily Indian guests, preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages.
