We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will also provide design consultations and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and high-quality floral arrangements
- Prepare and maintain fresh flower inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including design consultations and recommendations
- Manage daily operations of the shop, including ordering supplies and managing budgets
- Train and supervise junior florists

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a florist
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work full time with flexible hours including weekends and holidays
