Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to various industrial surfaces. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and precision, as well as the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools. You will also be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming. Additionally, you may be required to mix paints and maintain equipment. A strong understanding of safety protocols is also necessary in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings to industrial surfaces using various methods (spraying, rolling, brushing)
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors or textures
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for any defects or imperfections

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to operate painting tools and equipment safely
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paints accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working with paints and chemicals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional training or certification in industrial painting is a plus.

Salary:
Starting salary around $1600 per month.

This position is located in Osijek, Croatia.

Note:
This job is open to individuals from any nationality. However, preference may be given to Indian candidates with relevant experience. Fluency in English may be preferred but is not a strict requirement.
