Foundryman


We are in need of a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Nakuru. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, melting and pouring metal into molds, and ensuring the quality of the final product. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the foundry industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment, including furnaces, ladles, and molds
- Melt and pour metal into molds according to specifications
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels to ensure proper casting
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working in the foundry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Foundryman or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of foundry processes, techniques, and equipment is necessary
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to work with heavy machinery and lift heavy objects is essential
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision is important for quality control purposes

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya.

No English proficiency is required for this job. However, basic communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
