Turner Technician
A reputable engineering company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled Turner Technician to join our team. As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of lathe machines. Your duties will include reading technical blueprints, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and inspecting finished products for quality control. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills in using lathes and other machining equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes to produce precision metal parts according to technical specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material properties and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner Technician or similar role
- Proficient in using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machining equipment
- Strong understanding of technical blueprints and specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality control

Preferred:
- Certification or diploma in machining or related field
- Experience working with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, and brass
