Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Almada. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and have an enjoyable dining experience. In addition, you will be in charge of managing the restaurant's budget, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. You must also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food quality, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Train new employees on menu items, customer service standards, and proper sanitation practices.
- Manage the restaurant's budget by monitoring expenses and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the overall dining experience for customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
