Industrial Alpinist - Os, Norway


As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. Your main duties will include inspection, maintenance, and installation of structures such as bridges, wind turbines, and industrial plants. You will also be required to clean and repair building surfaces, perform rope access rescue operations, and assist in rigging equipment for various projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial alpinism. You should also possess excellent physical strength and endurance as the job involves working at great heights for extended periods of time. In addition, experience with specialized equipment such as harnesses, ascenders, and descenders is highly preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field. A relevant certification from an accredited institution is also required. We are committed to diversity and encourage women to apply for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Visa sponsorship can be provided for non-Norwegian applicants if necessary.
