We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for laying, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces such as floors, walls, sidewalks, and roadways. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring for decorative purposes
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Concrete Worker
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
