Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and efficient spaces for manufacturing, storage, and distribution purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Design and create detailed plans for industrial buildings, including layout, structure, materials, and systems
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct on-site visits to inspect progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 2D/3D drawings and models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (Indians/Malayalees preferred)
