Industrial Architect

Our well-established architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and be able to lead projects from conception to completion. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings and facilities
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. No previous experience is required for this position but candidates must have a valid visa and ticket. Accommodation will not be provided.
