We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Mombasa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Present menu and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
