As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our company's computer systems, networks, and servers.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network and system issues as they arise
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems
- Monitor network traffic to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure data security through regular backups and updates
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems or upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in network and system administration (at least 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in Karachi or Pakistan
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+
