Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing computer systems, processes, and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Develop technical specifications and requirements for system upgrades or modifications
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into existing systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, networks, and programming languages (e.g. Java, SQL)
- Experience with system analysis tools (e.g. UML)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1700 per month.
