Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of architectural projects in Fonvieille. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. Your duties will include creating project proposals, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. You should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements
- Develop project proposals based on client needs
- Create detailed architectural designs using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review progress reports from team members to identify any issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or changes needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, engineers, contractors, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Fonvieille
