Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Managing food inventory and ordering supplies

- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a chef, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating techniques
- Experience with menu planning and cost control
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
