We are a thriving bakery located in the bustling city of Herzliya, Israel. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our bakery operations. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing inventory and purchasing, training and supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create and execute new recipes with high-quality results
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute our menu with high-quality baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs while maintaining quality standards
- Train and supervise staff on proper baking techniques and food safety procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times in the bakery area
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by scheduling regular maintenance check-ups
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing to develop new products or promotions
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified foreign candidates.
