Online Consultant (Indians Preferred) in Siauliai


We are looking for an Online Consultant to join our team in Siauliai. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English and has a background in customer service or sales. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Provide product information and guidance to clients
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services
- Coordinate with other team members to resolve client issues or escalate them when necessary
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1200$ per month. Other benefits such as bonuses, incentives, and training opportunities may also be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
