We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze it, and provide insights that drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to gather data and define problem statements
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using tools like Python, R, or SQL
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance
- Deploy models into production environments
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
