Instrument Technician

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instruments and equipment used in a manufacturing setting. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in instrument repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is a full-time position based in Karachi, with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various types of instruments and equipment
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to prevent breakdowns
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex problems
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in instrument repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, etc.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with calibration procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
